Devon and Cornwall Surfacing is in a position to offer a full Groundworks package. We have management and operatives experienced in many aspects of Civil Engineering and Groundworks and we can offer a full range of skills. At DCS we like to work with our clients at the early stages of a scheme or project, offering our much gained experience to our clients to achieve the best value solution. With our extensive work base, supplier network and local knowledge we are confident we can achieve our clients objectives, both financial and time based. We have a specialised surfacing gang and run a mechanicial paver capable of producing Section 38 and Devon County Council Highways approved work. Our parent company, Notts Contractors is fully licensed by the HSE for asbestos removal. This enables Notts to supply a complete asbestos survey prior to removal and final demolition of any structure. This service is supported by a Plant Hire section with machines ranging from 20t excavators to mini diggers and wheeled diggers. Notts has a licensed tip complete with crushing and grading facilities, which is capable of recycling demolition waste into a quality tested material.
